104GT-2 thermistor

104GT-2 thermistor is used as a drop in replacement for the E3D hot end. The thermistor is the 100K thermistor - ATC Semitec 104GT-2 1% thermistor and comes with connector.  This is a more robust solution to the standard thermistor mount.  Works with all open source 3D Printer electronics including RAMPS 1.4.
